Belvidere Townhouse Condominiums (BTC) is professionally managed by a property management firm to assist with the Association’s day to day financial and maintenance activities. Association members or their tenants should direct questions or concerns about condominium services or to report violations of BTC Rules and Regulations to our Property Site Manager:

AFTER HOURS SERVICE CALLS

For matters requiring Emergency Response by the Gas Company, Fire Department, Police Department or EMT – always call the appropriate Emergency telephone number.

Property Management of Andover maintains an answering service for telephone calls After Hours, Weekends and Holidays. For help with condominium services needed during non-office hours, call the PMA office at (978) 683-4101. A PMA Site Manager is on call 24/7 and he/she will be paged and return your call as quickly as possible.

AFTER HOURS & EMERGENCY CALLS: If you have a block on your phone which does not let unlisted numbers ring on your telephone, you must turn off this option when requesting a return call from the management company and/or its contractors. This option can be turned off by dialing *87 and then turned back on by dialing *77. It can also be turned off per phone call by dialing *82 and will turn itself back on once you hang up with no further action required. There is no fee for turning the option off and on at will.
